Admission process

PRE-REGISTRATION

Begin your application process immediately by filling out the Pre-Registration Form here.

Remember that enrollment is limited and applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

APPLICATION

The deadline for submissions is May 10. 

FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS

After completing the pre-registration form, first-year students will receive an email from the Phoenix Institute with detailed instructions on how to complete their enrollment in the Summer Seminar.

At this point, candidates will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire about their interest in the Institute’s programs and submit a copy of their resume.

SECOND-YEAR AND THIRD-YEAR STUDENTS

After submitting your pre-registration form you will receive an email with further instructions.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE

After completing the above-mentioned steps, all first-year students will be contacted by the Program’s Coordinator with the results of their application.

INITIAL PAYMENT

Once you have been notified that you have been accepted, you will have five business days to complete your enrollment by making a USD 350 non-refundable initial payment.

REGISTRATION PROCESS – FINAL STEPS

Once your initial payment is received, you will be guided through the final items needed to complete your enrollment. This includes registering as an international student at Tecnológico de Monterrey and submitting any remaining information requested by the Phoenix Institute. Your enrollment will only be finalized once all of these items are completed.
