Admission process

PRE-REGISTRATION

Begin your application process immediately by filling out the Pre-Registration Form here.

Remember that enrollment is limited and applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

APPLICATION

The deadline for submissions is April 30. Following this date, only a limited number of late applications will be considered.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS

After completing the pre-registration form, first-year students will receive an email from the Phoenix Institute with detailed instructions on how to complete their enrollment in the Summer Seminar.

At this point, candidates will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire about their interest in the Institute’s programs and submit a copy of their resume.

SECOND-YEAR AND THIRD-YEAR STUDENTS

After submitting your pre-registration form you will receive an email with further instructions.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE

After completing the above-mentioned steps, all first-year students will be contacted by the Program’s Coordinator with the results of their application.

After submitting your pre-registration form, second-year and third-year students will receive an email with further instructions regarding their registration process.

INITIAL PAYMENT

Once you have been notified that you have been accepted, you will have five business days to complete your enrollment by making a 300 Euro non-refundable initial payment.

REGISTRATION PROCESS – FINAL STEPS

After your initial payment is made, you will receive instructions on the final steps you will need to take to complete your registration to the summer program. Failing to follow them will void your enrollment.
